BRIAN CHOATE FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL PARTNER

Brian Choate is the founder of Practice Advisors 360. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience representing healthcare professionals and providing market analysis, valuation analytics, and capital solutions for healthcare practices. With a network of established debt and equity sources, Brian has financial solution expertise ranging across market consolidation and exit partners to high-growth emerging enterprise needs. Brian has over $500 million in practice loans delivered with necessary expertise in Government backed SBA products, healthcare specialty providers, and private equity and debt markets.
Prior to starting Practice Advisors 360, Brian was a direct provider of financial solutions to practitioners, he has managed territories in the northeast for Healthcare Professional Funding and Citizens Bank Healthcare Platform, and in the southwest for GE Healthcare Financials Services. In these roles, Brian provided direct representation in defining and implementing capital strategies and banking relationships for practices. He has developed a specialization in providing practice solutions to professionals in the dental, eye care, and veterinary fields.
Previously, Brian led the financial services division of Dental Wealth Partners (DWP), a management services provider for dental professionals. The financial services division of DWP supports dental practitioners in development of business plans, transition strategies, capital procurement, and optimal debt structuring. He has established “preferred provider” relationships with an extensive network of regional and national lenders – mid-market to private debt – providing advantageous project financing programs for Dental Wealth Partners’ clients.
Upon leaving GE Healthcare Financials Services, Brian founded Choate Capital Consulting to provide strategic plans to help healthcare professionals access capital and manage their practices. Choate Capital was the initial acquisition of Dental Wealth Partners, where Brian led the financial services division of the management services company. He has served as a guest lecturer for dental and optometric programs at the University of Houston, the Tufts University Dental School, and the dental program of NYU.

Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University.
